About the subject

Geodeziya fənni yer səthinin fiziki xüsusiyyətlərinin ölçülməsi, xəritə, kəsiklər və planların tərtib edilməsi üzrə nəzəri və topoqrafik bilikləri tədris edir. mədən-mühəndislik işlərində məkan məlumatlarının toplanması, alətlərlə dəqiq ölçmə işlərinin aparılması və nəticələrin riyazi emalı prosesləri ətraflı şəkildə öyrənilir. plan-hündürlük əsaslarının yaradılması, relyefin təsviri və mühəndisi qurğuların (şaxta, karyer) layihələndirilməsi üçün zəruri olan hesablama alqoritmləri həyata keçirilir. müasir rəqəmsal geodeziya cihazları vasitəsilə ərazilərin planlaşdırılması və markşeyder nəzarətinin əsasları mənimsənilir.

Course learning outcomes (CLO)

  1. CLO 1: This subject provides the student with fundamental knowledge of surveying, coordinate systems and mapping methods on the earth's surface. at the end of the course, the student is able to work with modern geodetic devices (theodolite, tachometer, gnss), make a topographical plan of the area and determine height differences by leveling methods. the subject covers the calculation of errors in geodetic measurements and the rules of camera processing of the results. the student learns the implementation of geodetic works for fixing engineering projects (road, building, mining objects) in place. as a result, the student acquires the necessary measurement techniques for the geometric design and execution of any construction or mining facility.
