In this subject, the essence of the economy of the agrarian sector, scientific-methodological issues, legalities, the role of the agrarian sector in the national economy, issues of improving economic mechanisms in the conditions of the formation of new economic relations and the globalization of food security are studied. in a simple and clear form, provision of the agricultural field with means of production, organization of services, agricultural production, environmental protection and ecological issues, supply, processing and sale of agricultural products, intensification of production, development of fields, efficiency of production in the agricultural field, infrastructure, nature of management in the agricultural field, organizational features, and management methods are explained.

   The concept of management and its economic nature, scientific bases and regularities of management. features, principles and functions of agrarian management, methods applied in the management of agrarian land. specific characteristics of agrarian reforms, classification of reforms according to their nature, strategic directions to be taken as a basis for reforms in the agrarian field, analysis of the reforms implemented in the agrarian field in recent years in our country.

   The global food problem and the scientific basis of modern agrarian policyLecture

   The essence of the global food problem and its manifestations, theoretical approaches to the study of the problem, the most important goals of agrarian policy, effective agrarian policy models, support mechanisms for producers and consumers of agricultural products in azerbaijan and the leading countries of the world, classic agricultural policy instruments, the main directions of the state's agrarian policy.
