Description

Paralel və paylanmış hesablamalar fənni paralel və paylanmış hesablama sistemlərinin arxitekturasını, paralel alqoritmlərin qurulması prinsiplərini, çoxprosessorlu sistemlərdə resursların idarə olunmasını, proseslərin sinxronlaşdırılmasını, tranzaksiyaların idarə edilməsini və bloklaşdırma mexanizmlərini əhatə edir. fənn tələbələrdə paralel və paylanmış sistemlərin layihələndirilməsi, məhsuldarlığının qiymətləndirilməsi, hesablama resurslarından səmərəli istifadə olunması və mürəkkəb hesablama məsələlərinin müasir paralel proqramlaşdırma yanaşmaları ilə həll edilməsi bacarıqlarının formalaşdırılmasına xidmət edir.

Course learning outcomes

  1. CLO 1: Must have knowledge of parallel computing systems (multiprocessor and pipeline type systems), know the principles and characteristics of parallelization of calculations in these systems, and be able to build parallel algorithms for solving various problems.

  2. CLO 2: In single and multi-processor systems, it should be able to work with the algorithm of resource processing, transition of the node to a critical state, mutual cancellation of parallel processes.

  3. CLO 3: In distributed systems, the application should know the methods of synchronization (parallelism) of processes and fault tolerance mechanisms.

  4. CLO 4: Must be able to work with algorithms that provide transaction processing of information and serialization of transactions in distributed systems.

  5. CLO 5: Lamport should know the timing and its working principle, the working principle of the modified version of the timestamp algorithm with the aim of queuing the transaction according to its timestamp, canceling the delayed transaction and reducing the number of canceled transactions.

  6. CLO 6: The blocking mechanism must be able to perform two-phase blocking, deadlock, resource, queue created against the resource, commit and abort the transaction, and write the result to the database.
