Description
The goal of the subject of labor legislation is to teach students the legal basis of labor relations, the principles of labor law and the rules governing the relations between the employee and the employer, to form their legal thinking and practical application skills. the main goal of the subject is the formation of systematic knowledge of the theoretical and practical bases of labor law in students, assimilation of the mechanisms of legal regulation of labor relations and the development of the ability to apply the acquired knowledge in practical activities.
