The subject of chemistry serves to study the chemical composition of minerals, the properties of minerals and the chemical processes that occur during their processing in the field of mining engineering. this subject provides students with basic knowledge of ore beneficiation, metallurgical processes, corrosion, water and environmental protection, as well as the properties of materials used in mining production, creating a scientific basis for efficient, safe and environmentally sustainable operations in the mining industry.
