   The subject of the subject covers the issues of organizing and conducting emergency rescue operations and protecting people's lives in emergency situations. in this topic, the essence, purpose, content and main directions of emergency rescue work are studied. it also explains the principles of organization, main types and performed tasks of the csi. this knowledge helps to make the right decisions during emergency situations and to carry out rescue measures effectively.

   Organization of accident-rescue works - laws of the republic of azerbaijan on the organization and conduct of accident-rescue works, az. decrees, orders of the president of the republic of azerbaijan, az. resp. decisions of the cabinet of ministers. (m)Lecture

   The organization of emergency rescue work is a system of measures implemented to save people's lives and eliminate dangerous consequences during emergency situations. in this regard, the laws of the republic of azerbaijan, presidential decrees and orders, as well as decisions of the cabinet of ministers, which regulate the organization and conduct of emergency rescue operations, are studied. the activities, duties and responsibilities of the rescue forces are determined on the basis of legal documents. these rules serve to ensure emergency preparedness and operational activity.

   The main goal of emergency rescue and emergency work is to save people's lives during emergency situations, reduce the impact of dangerous factors and create conditions for the restoration of normal activity. in this regard, the analysis and specification of transport routes in the FH zone, the organization of safe movement of rescue forces are studied. it also explains measures to minimize secondary dangerous factors, extinguish fires and search for victims and remove them from avalanche, smoky and dangerous areas. these works are carried out with special techniques, equipment and coordinated activity of professional rescue teams.

   Evaluation of the stability of the object's work in the conditions of radioactive poisoningSeminar

   The assessment of the stability of the object's work in the case of radioactive poisoning is aimed at determining the enterprise's ability to operate in emergency situations. in this topic, the effect of radioactive pollution on the object, workers and technological processes is studied. also, the object's level of protection, radiation protection measures and factors ensuring continuity of work are evaluated. this assessment is important for the reduction of losses in emergency situations and for the restoration of the activity of the facility.

   The basics of management in the conduct of an emergency response include the correct direction and coordination of the activities of emergency rescue forces during emergency situations. in this topic, the structure of management bodies, their main tasks and their role in rescue operations are studied. it also explains the actions taken by the management bodies in daily, high readiness and emergency work modes. effective management allows for timely decision-making and proper distribution of forces and resources.

   Types and methods of intelligence carried out in order to eliminate the results of fh. - the nature and purpose of engineering exploration. methods of organizing and conducting engineering reconnaissance. the main tasks of engineering intelligence. the structural organization of engineer reconnaissance detachments and means of reconnaissanceLecture

   The reconnaissance work carried out during the elimination of the consequences of the FH is carried out for the assessment of the dangerous situation and the correct organization of rescue measures. in this topic, the essence, purpose, organization and methods of conducting engineering exploration are studied. also, the main tasks of engineering intelligence, the structural structure of units and the intelligence tools used are explained. engineering reconnaissance allows to determine the state of debris, roads, facilities and other dangerous factors.

   Determining the composition of electrical and communication supply systems is important for ensuring uninterrupted and reliable operation of facilities. in this topic, the main elements of electrical and communication systems, their structure and interaction are studied. also, the principles of choosing energy sources, means of communication and backup systems are explained. proper organization of these systems ensures continuity of management and information exchange during emergency situations.

   Power and forces for the elimination of FH - accident search and rescue service. militarized and non-military search and rescue units. medical service. veterinary service. hydrometrological service. territorial, local and facility civil defense services.Lecture

   The forces and forces for the elimination of FH consist of services and units involved in reducing the consequences of emergency situations and ensuring people's safety. in this topic, the accident search and rescue service, the activities of militarized and non-militarized rescue units are studied. the duties of medical, veterinary, hydrometeorological services and territorial, local, facility civil defense services are also explained. these forces play an important role in the implementation of rescue, medical assistance, surveillance and recovery measures during emergencies.
