   CLO 1: Explains the purpose, principles, legal-normative bases and organization of the civil defense system of complex defense in emergency situations, correctly uses professional terminology.

   CLO 2: Analyzes and evaluates complex measures for the protection of the population, environment and economic facilities in natural, man-made, ecological and military emergencies.

   CLO 3: Plans and evaluates defense measures using emergency monitoring, warning systems, information technology and technical means.

   CLO 4: Applies individual and collective protection measures, evacuation, shelter, engineering protection and sanitary-hygiene measures in practical situations.

   CLO 5: Coordinates and implements the organization of rescue and other emergency work, population protection and first aid measures during emergencies.

   CLO 6: Predicts the consequences of emergencies, develops comprehensive defense plans, assesses the stability of facilities and makes informed decisions on risk reduction.
