About the subject

Mülki müdafiə insanların fövqəladə hallardan qorunması üçün həyata keçirilən tədbirlər sistemidir. i̇lkin tibbi yardım isə hadisə zamanı zərərçəkənə göstərilən ilk tibbi köməkdir. bu yardım insan həyatını xilas etmək və vəziyyəti ağırlaşmadan saxlamaq üçün vacibdir. mülki müdafiə qaydaları əhalinin təhlükəsizliyini təmin etməyə kömək edir. vaxtında göstərilən ilkin yardım xəsarətlərin təsirini azalda bilər.

  2. CLO 2: It explains the classification of natural, man-made and military emergencies (nuclear, chemical, biological weapons, seismic and meteorological events), mechanisms of their occurrence and their damaging effects on the human body.

  3. CLO 3: Prepares radiation control (dosimetric), radiation and chemical detection devices (dp-5v, imd-1, dp-22v, vpxr) in accordance with the rules and uses them practically in extreme conditions.

  4. CLO 4: It independently detects, maps and assesses radiation and chemical conditions based on forecast and intelligence data during a nuclear explosion, nuclear power plant accident or release of highly toxic substances (hcs).

  5. CLO 5: Selects personal protective equipment (anti-gas, r-2 respirator, l-1 or OZK suits) correctly according to the type of danger and applies the principles of dressing within the established time norms.

  6. CLO 6: Analytical methods calculate and evaluate the stability of industrial and economic objects against the impact of nuclear explosion shock wave, light radiation, radiation and fire sources.

  7. CLO 7: Prepares a plan of engineering and technical measures to ensure the continuity of production in emergency situations, to organize the safe transfer (evacuation) of the population and personnel and their placement in collective protection facilities.

  8. CLO 8: In the course of rescue and other urgent work (x and dti) at FH centers, the facility evaluates the management functions of the unit commander, as well as the efficiency of partial/complete special cleaning (deactivation, degassing, disinfection) works.
