Description

The main goal of the subject is to provide students with in-depth fundamental knowledge of the system-level structure, structural features and functional subsystems of unmanned aerial vehicles (uavs). within the scope of the subject, the formation of theoretical and applied knowledge is aimed at the aerodynamics of uavs, airframe design, kinematics and dynamics, stability and control theory, navigation and localization systems, as well as communication and sensor technologies. students master the principles of UAV payload selection, integration, and performance impact assessment. one of the important goals of the subject is to develop the systems engineering approach and modeling and analysis skills of complex technical problems in students. at the same time, students get firsthand hands-on experience with algorithms, simulations, and software environments used in modern UAV platforms. the subject provides reinforcement of theoretical knowledge through mathematical models and computer simulations. as a result, students acquire basic engineering skills in designing and operating UAV systems.
