Description
The "CAD/CAM/CAE Systems" course is a core Master's level discipline designed to provide advanced engineering students with a comprehensive understanding of the digital technologies driving modern design, simulation, and manufacturing. Rooted in engineering graphics, materials science, and automation, the curriculum explores 3D modeling within CAD, production planning via CAM, and stress-strain engineering analysis through CAE environments. The course bridges theoretical engineering concepts with high-level software tools (such as SolidWorks, CATIA, ANSYS, and MATLAB) to teach mathematical modeling and optimization methods. The primary objective is to develop students' analytical capabilities to seamlessly integrate CAD, CAM, and CAE pipelines within digital manufacturing frameworks. Ultimately, this course equips graduate students with the advanced competencies required to design, test, and manage complex mechanical engineering systems, preparing them to innovate effectively in high-tech industrial and research environments.
