Ali ixtisas təhsilinin bakalavr pilləsində tədris olunan “the constitution of the azerbaijan republic and the foundations of law” fənni tələbələrdə hüququnəsas anlayışlarının formalaşdırılması və dövlətçilik anlayışının mənimsənilməsi məqsədini daşıyır. gələcək ixtisaslı peşə sahiblərinə sistemli biliklər verilməsi, azerbaijan republic elmi-metodik və normativ baxışın formalaşdırılması, azərbaycan republic konstitusiyası və hüququn əsasları haqqında zəruri məlumatlara əsaslanan təsəvvürlərin, həmçinin gələcəkdə tətbiq edəcəyi müvafiq bilik, bacarıq və vərdişlərin formalaşdırılması prioritet məsələlər kimi fənnin tədrisinin başlıca məqsədlərindəndir.
