About the subject
Kursun əsas məqsədi, kütləvi hadisələr haqqında məlumatları toplayıb, sistemləşdirib və təhlil etməklə, iqtisadiyyatın inkişafını, əhalinin həyat səviyyəsini xarakterizə etmək, bir sözlə kütləvi hadisələrin kəmiyyət tərəflərini onun keyfiyyət tərəflərindən ayırmadan müəyyən məkan və zaman şəraitində öyrənilməsi nəticədə iqtisadiyyatda qarşılıqlı əlaqə və asılılıqların müəyyən olunmasına, onun inkişaf dinamikasının öyrənilməsinə, müqayisəliliyin təmin edilməsinə və ən nəhayət region və respublika miqyasında mühüm iqtisadi qərarların qəbul edilməsinə xidmət etməklə bu çərçivədə istər ölkə miqyasında, istərsə də ölkə xaricində baş verən sosial-iqtisadi hadisələrin tabe olduqları qanunauyğunluqları müəyyən edərək, adekvat qərarların qəbul edilməsi bilik və bacarıqlarının öyrənilməsidir.
