Description
"machine mechanics" subject 060630 is one of the fundamental specialty subjects intended for graduate students studying at the master's level in mechanical engineering and includes the synthesis and analysis of modern machines, mechanisms and robotic systems. the main goal of teaching the subject is to teach advanced scientific-theoretical methods and mathematical modeling principles for structural, kinematic and dynamic analysis of complex multi-part mechanical systems. within the framework of the course, structural synthesis of mechanisms, determination of degrees of freedom, kinematics of space mechanisms, general equations of machine dynamics and balancing of masses are investigated at an in-depth level. at the same time, the dynamics of the transition modes of the machines, the effect of friction and wear on the operation of mechanical systems, as well as the methods of optimization of the mechanisms are subjected to a scientific research filter. this subject forms high-level academic competencies necessary for the design, digital analysis and scientific justification of modern automated lines, manipulators and robotic complexes.
