   CLO 1: Students will master the theory of plastic deformation of metals and the physical-mechanical basis of pressure processing processes (rolling, forging, stamping, pressing). within the framework of the course, specific and advanced technologies, including mechanisms of blasting and welding methods used in the production of plate and cylindrical bimetals, will be analyzed. they will be able to scientifically justify the effect of deformation rate and temperature on the final structure of the metal (hardening and recrystallization). at the end of the subject, students will acquire the ability to design flawless and optimally sized metallic products by selecting the pressure processing mode according to production requirements.
