The subject "hydraulics and hydraulic machines" provides an in-depth study of the fundamental theoretical foundations of hydrostatics and hydrodynamics, as well as the physical properties of fluids for undergraduate mechanical engineering students. during the educational process, students master the working principles of hydraulic machines, including pumps, hydraulic motors and hydraulic cylinders, as well as the working mechanisms of pipeline systems. the main goal of the subject is to teach students the effective operation of hydraulic systems, which are a critical part of industrial equipment, the diagnosis of malfunctions and ways to eliminate them, both experimentally and theoretically. this knowledge forms the ability of engineers to ensure the reliability of equipment in various technical systems and in the field of robotics. thus, the teaching of the subject is of exceptional importance for the training of highly qualified specialists in the machine industry.
