About the subject
The Civil Defense course provides students with theoretical knowledge and practical skills related to the prevention, assessment, and mitigation of natural, technological, biological, environmental, and military emergencies. The course covers the protection of the population and territories, emergency warning and evacuation procedures, the use of personal and collective protective equipment, the provision of first aid, and appropriate preparedness and response measures during emergencies. It also aims to develop students’ safety culture, risk management competencies, and the ability to make prompt and effective decisions in emergency situations.

Topic plan
- 1.Methods of solving the system of non-homogeneous linear algebraic equationsLecture
Within the framework of the topic, the main features of systems of non-homogeneous linear algebraic equations and their solution methods are studied. the application conditions of kramer's method, the construction of the main determinant and auxiliary determinants, as well as the principles of determining the solution of the system through these determinants are reviewed. solving the system of inhomogeneous linear equations by the inverse matrix method, the existence condition of the inverse of the matrix of coefficients, and the rules for finding the solution of the system in matrix form are explained. also, application features and solution processes of cramer and inverse matrix methods are comparatively investigated.
