Дисциплина «Системы управления информационной безопасностью» изучает основные принципы, методы и технологии организации и управления информационной безопасностью в учреждениях и предприятиях. В рамках курса рассматриваются построение и функционирование системы управления информационной безопасностью, управление информационными активами и рисками, разработка и реализация политик информационной безопасности, контроль доступа, управление инцидентами и обеспечение непрерывности деятельности. Особое внимание уделяется требованиям стандарта ISO/IEC 27001, проведению оценки рисков, внутреннему аудиту, контролю соответствия установленным требованиям и постоянному совершенствованию системы управления информационной безопасностью.

   CLO 1: Explains the fundamental concepts, objectives, and principles of an Information Security Management System (ISMS), and identifies its scope and lifecycle.

   CLO 2: Explains and analyzes the purpose and requirements of the main standards of the ISO/IEC 27000 family, including ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27002.

   CLO 3: Identifies an organization’s information assets, threats, and vulnerabilities, and analyzes and assesses information security risks.

   CLO 4: Selects appropriate methods and controls for the treatment of information security risks, and develops a risk matrix and risk register.

   CLO 5: Applies information security incident management, business continuity, monitoring, SOC/SIEM, and access control processes, and evaluates their effectiveness.

   CLO 6: Analyzes the internal audit and continual improvement of the ISMS, identifies nonconformities, and develops recommendations for corrective actions.
